Two semaglutide prices we were not carrying: Wegovy HD at $399 and the oral tablet's $299 tier

Reading the manufacturer's own price guide added a dose we did not cover and a maintenance tier we had reported as a flat rate.

Two additions from the same source, and one of them is a correction against us.

Wegovy HD 7.2 mg is a higher-dose weekly pen at $399 a month self-pay, three times the 2.4 mg standard maintenance dose. We were not covering it at all. It is for inadequate response at 2.4 mg, not a faster route for people starting treatment, and STEP-1's 14.9% was collected at 2.4 mg — not at 7.2. Full record: Wegovy HD 7.2 mg.

The oral tablet is a ladder, not a flat rate. $149 covers 1.5 and 4 mg; the 9 and 25 mg maintenance doses are $299. We had published the $149 figure without its dose condition, which is COR-013.

Also worth carrying forward from that guide: the commercial savings offer is capped at $100 a month in savings, so it does not reduce every copay to $25; and the $149 rate on the 4 mg tablet ends 31 August 2026.
